When we think about stress we always look at psychology, but stress has a physical component. If you just take care of body and how it functions your 70% of stress is taken care of. Rest 30% can be your personality related stress which means how you are brought up from child hood and how your culture and society thought you the moral conducts of society.

To explain in simple terms think about it this way when you have some kind of pain in your body and you have to some work which cannot be postpone you will see you will in irritable mood while performing the task. On the other hand when you are in perfect condition your willing ness to perform a task which has to be done will not cause you irritability which is what stress is about.. there are things which we have to do if we have to live in this world weather we like it or not… if you add physical discomfort to it, that becomes a daunting task… to keep your physical body is perfect condition is the key to reduce stress…

Another example if you have a physical discomfort either you feel heavy or you have some Stmoach related discomfort and it is continues.. you will observe you attention keeps going to that discomfort several times a day, now when you have work at hand which has to be done, and your attention keeps going to your physical discomfort. It means you are using time and resource of your brain just make your physical discomfort go.. so your work what you are doing will not be 100% because your attention to work is not 100%… and when you can’t pay attention to your work you tend to do mistake which in return add to the current physical stress…

Now the question is how we reduce the physical discomfort… for that we have to understand if your physical body works at its best it produces all the required feel good hormones to naturally make you feel good.. one of this key hormones is serotonin… 90% of this hormone is produce in you gut.. so if you just eat foods which are not processed coming from plants and nature cooked without any artificial sauces but natural sauces like fresh tomatoes onion garlic and carbohydrates which are easy to process in body like rice and potatoes.. meat, chicken, fish, eggs etc… your natural serotonin levels will go up which is a natural mood stabiliser in your body.. if you give little bit of exercise every day to your body another hormone endorphin will go up in your body which is natural feel good hormone.. if you have sex regularly your body produces oxytocin hormone which is love hormone..

But for me it is very important for body to have energy to exercise and have sex for that you need the help of your gut.. it is always a better idea to listen to your body then your temptations… people love the food which are heighten level of taste rather then heighten level of nutrients… you have to understand when people say they feel like eating stimulating, it is something stimulating like chocolate or some cake or for that matter burger or pizza.. then you should know it is your mind craving…

There are two kind of cravings in body one is mind craving one is body craving.. they are very distinguished in body but people mistake mind craving as body craving and tend to get drawn to food which eventually make them more tired and stressed and not help serotonin to boost in body.. so how can we distinguish between these two cravings… if it is you body craving if body is craving for vitamin c it will give you a general feeling of fruit to eat it can be orange it can be strawberry or it can be lemon juice or it can be peach you will have a general craving for this fruits.. same goes for if your body craving for animal protein it will give general craving for eating animal protein it can be meat, chicken, turkey or eggs… your mind craving on the other hand will be very specific of taste it will come as yes I want to eat kabab or donar or some meat burger from a specific shop.. so mind craving comes with specific taste… body craving is more general craving so if you can just identify this two difference and ask your self before ordering are you looking for just taste or your body wants..and body craving foods can be tasty also.. your 70% of your daily stress can be taken care of.. and once you have body energy you can multiply by exercising and having sex….

What age means is natural depletion of energy over the period of time.. what is means is as you age your life energy reduces.. for example if you are 55 years old and your body energy and performance is like 25 years old then your energy age is 25 year not 55 years.. so if you can reduce your age by just taking care of your gut and feel young.. I think everyone should take care of their food.. and the bonus you can reduce your stress level by 70% so there no reason not to take care of your food… food is basic fuel system for your body and good food body is like good quality and appropriate fuel for your car… you will feel younger and you will take life situations more easily..
